Redecorating

I decided to redecorate a little in my bedroom at my parent's house. My bed is rather petite so anything to make it look larger is a plus. My old bedspread was a dark coral and the bedroom had an eclectic feel with various different colors and little accents everywhere. I wanted to update it a little to my current tastes while keeping it simple and easy. The best way to do that? Change your bedspread and pillows. The whole room changes very quickly and instantly updates your look. I gave my room a white out with a plush white down comforter and an ivory cashmere throw. I love throws at the end of the bed. Very inviting for a nap or snuggle at any hour. And to complete the look I wanted something that was current and close to my heart at the moment, so I framed the reissued Vol. 1 of Rolling Stone from my office's archives. It's amazing how the old can be new again.
