For whatever reason, I thought I posted this look from when I was in South Carolina. I believe it was our last night, and I know I put one of these pictures in the photo diary for my trip, but I neglected the outfit post. For shame. Anyway, I love peplum. I need more, because believe it or not, my love has only manifested itself in this one piece from H&M that I picked up in April while in NYC. So I've had like two solid months to find some more peplum pieces and I haven't gotten any more. Wtf. This particular top is from a category I like to call "gym class". The peplum is so very on trend (so, not gym-like), but if you could see the back (which you can't because of course I neglected the most crucial (see: favorite) part of this top), it is seamed straight up the back. So, not only is it heathered light grey, it is sleeveless in the best possible gym shirt way, and it has unique seams. The "gym class" category requires a few specific but basic garment qualities: high neck crewneck; heather grey or white; sleeveless; should usually be worn with a moto-style jacket. See? Not so specific, but particularly awesome.
