Today is my birthday, so I am attempting to do everything fun that I love here in South Carolina while I can. Yesterday my dad spent the day repeated asking me "Camille, what do you want to do tomorrow?" "What do you want to do for your birthday?" "You can do whatever you want, so what do you want to do tomorrow?" "It's your day, so we'll do whatever you want." So, of course, my day was pretty anti-climactic and calm. I started my day with coffee and some amazing tiny little cranberry orange scones (new favorite) and tennis. The round winded me more than I am willing to say, which I'm hopefully attributing to my recurring illness streak. Then we went to the Art Cafe on the island to paint pottery and I tackled a darling little cupcake for the day. Next we got hot dogs (ha) and then came home and laid by the pool for a few hours with some beers. A pretty solid birthday if you ask me. Now its time for dinner at Santa Fe Cafe. Yumma and bonsoir!
